Flexibility is the key to health
Our body loses flexibility as we age and the lack of exercise exacerbates the condition.
Bad postures from decreased flexibility lead to bad circulation, water retention and low metabolism – all of these lead to weight gain.
Holding tension in the body can also cause mental illness such as depression.
The good news is that you can get back your flexibility with yoga.
Yoga will open your body gently. Over a time, your body will become supple and you’ll feel lighter physically and mentally.
You can now enjoy a live streamed yoga class in the comfort of your home.
The class will be small- maximum of four students per class – so I can check students’ movements and give advice when necessary.
All level welcome.
A dynamic form of yoga that combines movement with breath. Great for gaining strength and flexibility. You will feel refreshed after the class.
In Yin yoga, you will hold one posture for a few minutes, which will release tension in the body. Great if you want to work on flexibility.
・Yoga HIIT（45minutes class）
This class combines yoga and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). HIIT will burn calories effectively. You will have the benefit of yoga and cardio.
A step by step class for beginners. You can learn the foundation of basic yoga poses.
